Hello! I’m jumping back on the WWW Wednesday train again. After revamping the look of my blog, I decided to create headers for my regular post formats because I no longer have the time to take so many individual photos anymore. That was honestly the main thing stopping me from these weekly check-ins and I’ve missed doing them!
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam Taking On A World of Words, where bloggers answer the following questions:
- What did you read last?
- What are you currently reading?
- What will you read next?
Just Finished…
The last book I finished was Endemic by James Harding-Morris. It was really interesting and entertaining at the same time, following the author as he travelled around the UK to find some of our endemic species.
Currently…
I’m currently reading two books, Ragwort by Sam K. Horton, and A Year With Gilbert White by Jenny Uglow.
Ragwort is the sequel to Gorse, which I read and LOVED in January (review here). Ragwort is just as atmospheric and folklore-y and I am having a great time with it.
A Year With Gilbert White I have only just started, and goodness me this book is gorgeous. It has full colour illustrations on nearly every other page so far! I am really looking forward to learning about the first ecologist the UK ever had!
Up Next…
As it’s non-fiction November, I want to pick up more non-fiction! I shall probably read Wild Woman by Philippa Forester next, but I do also need to get to All That We See Or Seem by Ken Liu this month too if I can.
