WWW Wednesday: 12/11/25

,

Happy Wednesday from rainy old England. I think its rained here for about 2 weeks straight now…

  1. What did you read last?
  2. What are you currently reading?
  3. What will you read next?
Just Finished…

I’m not sure if there will be more books, but at this moment in time, it tops the rankings as my favourite duology ever. I adore these books. They’re SO atmospheric and the folklore is amazing, as are the characters.

Currently…

I wanted to just keep reading this one whenever I could, but it’s pretty big and very heavy so I was not about to lug it about with me to university. I decided to pick up Truth Demands by Abi Reyes since it’s on my e-reader, and after reading We Will Not Be Saved, earlier this year I was in the mood for some more climate justice.

I’ve also picked up A Song for the Earth, my first ever poetry collection. This was very kindly sent to me by the author, and it’s poetry for the planet. I’ve struggled previously with poetry because I just don’t get the emotional connection, but I think this one will hit because I feel so strongly for the earth.

Up Next…

YOU TELL ME: What are you currently reading?

  1. Ooh, Truth Demands sounds really interesting! I haven’t heard of this one before but I’m gonna have to look further into it as it sounds like something I’d enjoy. I hope you enjoy your first poetry collection and it hits the right way emotionally! Happy reading 🙂

    1. I’m not far into it at all yet, but Truth Demands is great so far. I’m in my climate justice era haha!
I’m also enjoying the poetry! It’s reading like a story which is really nice too.
